David Cervero, Associate Vice President and Ralph Michel, Senior Vice President, completed the sale of the property at 2439 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT for $1,250,000.  The property consists of a 4,106 SF building on a .31 acres and presently houses Swanson’s Fish Market, Chili BombBurgers & Macs an dWhoopie, a Thai restaurant.

The Seller was Gary’s Realty Co., LLC and the Buyer was David Sippan.

Matthew F. Keefe and Ricardo E. Cordido of HK Group completed the sale of Airport Highway Park in Birmingham, Alabama for $11,400,000.  HK Group was the only broker involved in this transaction.

Vein Treatment Center Expands Space At Hamden Facility

The lease for 2,650 square feet of medical space will mark the company’s eighth location at the Spring Glen Medical Center, located at 2200 Whitney Ave.
