The Commercial Record – Black Rock Oyster Bar & Grill Sells for $1.3M

The Commercial Record – The Black Rock Oyster Bar & Grill in Fairfield was recently sold and will take on new owners and a new name.

Ahabs Table LLC and Black Rock SoHo LLC have acquired the restaurant for $1.3 million and will continue to operate the property as a restaurant and bar. The 2,663 square-foot building at 348 Black Rock Turnpike sits on .25 acres. The sellers were FCCW LLC and Baylor LLC.

David Cervero, associate vice president, and Ralph Michel, senior vice president, both of HK Group, represented the buyer. Audrey Longo of Guttman Realty Advisors represented the seller.

Cervero & Michel of HK Group Complete $1,300,000 Sale at 348 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT

David Cervero, Associate Vice President and Ralph Michel, Senior Vice President, completed the sale of the property at 348 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT for $1,3000,000.  The property consists of a 2,663 SF restaurant known as Black Rock Oyster Bar & Grill.

348 Black Rock Turnpike sits on .25 acres.  The Black Rock Oyster Bar & Grill was active at the time of the sale.

The sellers were FCCW, LLC and Baylor LLC and the Buyers were Ahabs Table LLC and Black Rock SoHo, LLC.  Buyer will continue to operate the restaurant/bar under a new name.

Michel and Cervero represented the Buyer.  Audrey Longo of Guttman Realty Advisors represented the Seller.

Attorney Peter Ambrose, Esq. in Fairfield represented the Buyer and attorney John Fiore, Esq. in Norwalk represents the Seller.

Fellah of HK Group finalizes $800,000 sale at 116 Sherman Street

NEREJ – Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group, finalized the sale of the property at 116 Sherman St. for $800,000.

The property includes two structures: one, a two-story office building of 2,116 s/f and the other one, a garage of 408 s/f.

116 Sherman St. sits on 0.21 acres of land zoned CDD – Central Design District, with about 50’ of frontage.

Both buildings were vacant at the time of the sale.

The seller was Darlene Knight and the buyer was 116 Sherman, LLC., an entity belonging to a Fairfield County buyer. The buyer bought the building for its own use.

Fellah of HK Group Westport represented the buyer, while Tommy Febbraio and Vince Byrne of Coldwell Banker Commercial Fairfield represented the seller.
