Crawford IV, Executive Vice President and Kerry Wood, Vice President of HK Group, a commercial real estate investment sales and leasing firm out of Westport, CT, brokered the sale of 100 Main Street, Middletown, CT for $3,144,000. The sale price represented $224.57 per square foot. 100 Main Street is a 14,000 square foot, single story Class A medical office and retail building located in downtown Middletown, CT within close proximity to Wesleyan University and Middlesex Hospital. The building was developed and owned by Centerplan Development Company and sold to a private Westport, CT investor. Both sides of the deal were represented by the above brokers
Franco Fellah, Executive Vice President at Westport-based HK Group, finalized the sale of the commercial building at 33 Miller Street in Fairfield, CT.
The price for the 2,000 SF +/- building was $725,000. This $363 per SF sale confirms the strength of the downtown Fairfield commercial property market, where prices are holding their own in the current economic environment.
The building has enough parking to support the medical use that the buyer, Dr. Al Sofer, a plastic surgeon, intends to use the building for.
The seller was real estate developer Alex Conroy.
